TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE WALL STUDIO
- GENERAL
1.1 These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you, as a consumer ("You"), place an order via www.thewallstudio.dk and related web pages ("Website"). The agreement is entered into between you and The Wall Studio, CVR number 45106543 ("The Wall Studio"). Detailed contact information and other details about The Wall Studio can be found on the Website. The Terms apply only to you as a consumer who orders via the Website.
1.2 To place an order on the Website, you must be at least 18 years old. According to Danish law, The Wall Studio does not accept credit purchases from individuals under 18 years of age. The Wall Studio reserves the right to refuse or modify your order in certain cases (for example, if you have provided incorrect personal information or have payment issues).
1.3 The Wall Studio reserves the right to note sold-out products and any image or writing errors on the Website, including errors in product descriptions, technical specifications, incorrect prices, price adjustments, or incorrect information about stock availability. The Wall Studio has the right to correct such errors and change or update information at any time. If an incorrect price is indicated for a product you have ordered, The Wall Studio will notify you and await your acceptance of the corrected price before continuing with the order. All image information on the Website is for illustration purposes only and cannot guarantee the exact appearance of the product. The Wall Studio is not responsible for information on the Website provided by third parties.
1.4 The Website and all content on it are owned by The Wall Studio or its licensors. The information is protected by intellectual property and marketing laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout, and information about goods and services may not be copied or used without written approval from The Wall Studio.
- AGREEMENT AND ORDER
2.1 To make a purchase via the Website, you must accept the Terms. By accepting the Terms, you commit to following them in their entirety and acknowledge that you are familiar with the information about personal data and consent to the use of personal data and cookies under The Wall Studio's Privacy Policy.
2.2 A purchase agreement is only formed when The Wall Studio has confirmed your order and you have received an order confirmation from The Wall Studio via email. It is recommended that you save this order confirmation for any future inquiries with The Wall Studio's customer service. You may cancel your order up until it is confirmed by The Wall Studio. If the order is canceled, The Wall Studio will refund any payments made by you or your payment or credit card companies in connection with the order.
- CUSTOMER INFORMATION
3.1 When you register your user account and/or complete an order, you will be asked to provide certain personal information. You confirm that the information you provide is correct and complete and are responsible for any incorrect information. 3.2 You are obligated to ensure that no one else can use your login information. You must not disclose your username and password to unauthorized persons and must ensure that any written information regarding username and password is stored securely. You must immediately notify The Wall Studio if there is any suspicion that an unauthorized person has gained access to your password. You are responsible for all purchases made using your login information if such notice is not provided.
3.3 If The Wall Studio suspects that you are misusing your user account or login information or otherwise violating the Terms, The Wall Studio has the right to block you. The Wall Studio also has the right to assign you new login information.
- SPECIFIC TERMS FOR AI-GENERATED ART
4.1 Service Description: The content available on The Wall Studio's platform may be created through artificial intelligence. Each element is unique but created by AI systems without human involvement or traditional artistic methods.
4.2 Usage Rights: The intellectual property rights to all software and content available to you on or through this website remain our property or our licensors' and are protected by copyright law. Acquiring an AI-generated artwork from The Wall Studio grants you rights for personal use. Commercial uses require direct approval from The Wall Studio.
4.3 Artistic Interpretation: The results from our AI are based on data-driven methods and do not contain human emotions or intent. The evaluation of such art is subjective and varies from person to person.
4.4 Disclaimer: The Wall Studio assumes no responsibility for misunderstandings or disputes arising from the similarity, interpretation, or perception of AI-generated content. All transactions are final, with refunds considered solely at The Wall Studio's discretion.
4.5 Risk Acknowledgement: Interaction with or use of AI-generated content from The Wall Studio is entirely at the buyer's risk. The Wall Studio is not responsible for claims, damages, or losses arising from the use or malfunction of the artwork.
4.6 By using our AI tool Imaginator to generate images, you accept that we reserve the right to review and withhold user-generated content that we deem offensive or inappropriate. This includes content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
4.7 Changes & Notices: The Wall Studio reserves the right to revise or amend these terms at its discretion without prior notice. Users are encouraged to periodically review these terms.
- PRICES, FEES, AND PAYMENT
5.1 The prices applicable at the time of ordering through the Website apply. The prices are stated in Danish kroner and include VAT. Prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are indicated separately.
5.2 You can pay using the methods listed on the Website. Read more about our payment methods on the Website. The Wall Studio reserves the right to request payment at the time of ordering, unless invoice payment or a similar payment method is chosen. For invoice payments, The Wall Studio may perform a credit check, and you will be informed thereof. The Wall Studio reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods.
Payment options: Mastercard, Visa, Dankort, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
- DELIVERY AND DELAY
6.1 Delivery Time: The Wall Studio strives to deliver goods as quickly as possible. The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. The delivery time will be specified in your order confirmation. Any indicated delivery times are only estimates, and The Wall Studio cannot be held responsible for delays beyond their control.
6.2 Shipping Methods: Delivery will be made to a parcel locker near the address you provided during the order. If you have provided an incorrect address, The Wall Studio is not responsible for failed delivery.
6.3 The risk for the goods transfers to you as a consumer when the goods are delivered to the specified address.

- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
7.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel, you must notify The Wall Studio and return the goods in the same condition as you received them.
7.2 When returning goods, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. You will be refunded the amount paid unless exceptions apply under consumer law.

- COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
8.1 If there is a defect in the product, you can file a complaint about the product within two years of the purchase date. The complaint must be made without undue delay after discovering the defect.
8.2 Customer Responsibility: It is essential to follow the maintenance instructions that come with the product. Incorrect use or handling releases The Wall Studio from liability.
- LIABILITY
9.1 The Wall Studio is not liable for indirect losses resulting from purchases or use of products unless there is gross negligence or fraud.
9.2 The Wall Studio is also not liable for damages to third parties caused by the use of the products.
- CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1 The purchase is subject to Danish law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Copenhagen unless you as a consumer wish to bring a case in your home country.

11.1 If you wish to complain about a product or service purchased from The Wall Studio, you can contact us via email or phone, as listed on the Website. We will strive to find a solution to your complaint as quickly as possible.
